To uphold democratic values and prevent monopolization of authority, the organization mandates that:  
- No individual shall be appointed as a Trustee or office-bearer on a permanent basis.  
- Every five years, Trustees and office-bearers shall be elected through a majority resolution at the General Body Meeting, ensuring periodic renewal of leadership and fresh perspectives.

**2. Ownership of Assets**  
- No individual, whether associated with the organization or otherwise, shall claim ownership over the movable or immovable properties of Shri Gramya Seva Sangathan.  
- All assets shall remain under the collective stewardship of the organization, dedicated solely to its mission and objectives.

**3. Non-Profit Orientation**  
- The organization shall not undertake any activity with the intent of generating profit, surplus, or creating a permanent reserve fund.  
- All resources and efforts shall be directed toward fulfilling the organization’s social and humanitarian goals.

**4. Service to Economically Disadvantaged Communities**  
- Shri Gramya Seva Sangathan is committed to serving economically weaker sections of society.  
- Services shall be provided free of cost or at concessional rates wherever feasible, ensuring accessibility and support to marginalized communities.

**5. Transparency and Accountability**  
- To maintain public trust and uphold transparency, the organization shall:  
  - Annually publish audited financial statements, details of properties, income sources, and activity reports.  
  - Disseminate this information through the organization’s website and other accessible platforms, making it available to the public for scrutiny.
